Food Ingredients and Chemicals List

Posted By admin on January 8, 2010

Have you ever been at the grocery store and turned your favorite product over to look at the ingredient label and had no idea what the ingredients were. I had no idea that the word hydrolized was a masked word that meant monosodium glutimate (MSG). Labels are pretty confusing if you dont know what the chemical names are, it’s all greek. For instance Calciferol is actually vitamin D, niacin is vitamin B3 and Thiamin Mononitrate is vitamin B1. For a list of food ingredients that can help demystify food labels go to: this food ingredients and chemicals list www.simplifymyfoodchoices.com/food-ingredients.html
