Valley Natural Foods in Burnsville, MN is sponsoring a free screening of Food, Inc. with a food panel discussion directly afterwards. The event will start at 6pm and be held at the School of Environmental Studies, 12155 Johnny Cake Road, Apple Valley, MN 55124. This event is free and before the movie fair trade coffee will be served. If you have been wondering where your food is coming from you need to see this movie.
The panel directly after the screening of the movie includes Atina Diffley of Gardens of Eagan, Jeff Jirik organic vegetable farmer and cheesemaker, Byron Korus Chef owner and John Peterson from Ferndale Market turkey farm, Pat Schoenecker garden advocate and Larry Schultz organic farmer from Owatonna, MN.
