Creamy Balsamic Salad Dressing</p>
<ul>
<li>1 TBSP balsamic vinegar</li>
<li>1 TBSP mayonaise</li>
<li>1 TSP olive oil</li>
<li>1 teaspoon italian herbs</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix together with fork or whisk and let set until the herbs are soft (assuming your using dried herbs). Spoon over salad and toss to distribute flavor.</p>
<p>You can always taste test the dressing and add a tsp of water if it is too thick. You can also use other spices besides herbs such as garlic powder, pepper, minced shallots or chives.</p>
